As if losing a loved one isn't hard enough they had to drag out the billing process for months afterwards. It took multiple calls/visits from us and ultimately a letter from an attorney to finally get a bill 7 months later, they then held the check for 4 months before cashing it causing more trouble. Who doesn't want to get paid?! Why should we have to fight this hard to get everything resolved? Thank you for dredging it all up for us again almost a year later! I have no clue how you stay in business if this is standard practice
